Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our first session will take 90 minutes and every session afterwards will take 60 minutes. This gives us a focused, meaningful conversation with space for reflection.

  • By default, we meet every other week, completing six sessions over three months. This rhythm allows time for integration and action between sessions. However, together we can decide whether this cadence needs adjusting.

  • Absolutely. Everything discussed in our sessions is strictly confidential. This is your safe space.

  • Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Yes, I'm fluent in both and comfortable coaching in either language.

  • Absolutely. Many organizations invest in coaching for their leaders. I can provide invoicing suitable for corporate expense processes.
