For over ten years, I've worked with leaders and organizations navigating major transformation. What I've learned is simple: change is where the real leadership work happens.
Most leaders manage the external change: the reorganization, the promotion, the market shift. But those external changes are only half the story. The harder challenges are adaptive: those that require people to challenge their assumptions and change their beliefs, habits and behaviours. Most leaders unconsciously steer towards the external change because it produces the illusion of progress but in reality it produces stuckness.
I'm trained to see what most people miss: the connection between your own clarity and how your team moves through change. I bring together the rigor of a project manager, the depth of a culture strategist, and the craft of a coach. I don't believe in quick fixes. I believe in helping you see what you haven't been able to see yet—about yourself and the system around you.
